Brandmark

For the brandmark, I played with a variety of ideas including the letter BMB.

The client wanted to avoid using any home or tool symbols within the brandmark. I focused on a monogram style mark to match the modern and luxe feel of the brand

Wordmark

The wordmark for Black Mountain Builders is a simple san-serif font. I chose a font that could stand alone if needed with the A’s still symbolizing mountains.

The client already had colors in mind: black, gray, and red. We chose a darker brick red over a bright red to match the western and high-end feel of the homes being built
